Development
PepperGreen agrees on and implements communication processes for project design development, assists the client in procuring other consultants and defining their roles, and prepares and monitors the design and documentation program. We conduct and record meetings with consultants and management, facilitate input from the health and safety consultant, ensure design reviews for compliance and cost control and manage technical coordination.

Documentation & Procurement
PepperGreen recommends and agrees on the procurement strategy for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, in collaboration with the client and other consultants. We prepare the procurement program, advise on insurance, coordinate the preparation of procurement documentation, manage the procurement process, and recommend contractors for client approval. Additionally, we oversee cost control procedures and coordinate the assembly of contract documentation for signature.

Construction
During the construction phase, PepperGreen coordinates site handover, manages documentation, and oversees contractor activities. We monitor progress, quality assurance, and safety, while managing financial aspects like payment certificates and claims. Regular site meetings and progress reports ensure Practical Completion is reached. Further to the above we facilitate and expedite receipt of occupation certificates from the council.

Close-out
As a project nears completion, PepperGreen oversees the handover process, which includes managing as-built drawings, documentation, operations and maintenance manuals, guarantees, warranties, and procuring any remaining statutory certificates.
